Michael Gras has been an attorney with the Law Office of Christopher Cueto, LTD since 2010. He believes in hard work, determination, and fighting for his clients’ rights.
Michael earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law and has committed himself to professionally and aggressively representing people who were injured as a result of someone elses’ wrongful acts.
Michael’s focus is on plaintiffs civil litigation and has experience handling a wide variety of claims including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, civil rights litigation, pharmacuetical mass torts, and class actions. Michael also has experience in criminal defense. He was formally a municipal prosecutor for an Illinois municipality and worked exclusively on death penalty cases while interning for the Capital Crimes division of the Missouri State Public Defender System.
Michael is licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He has a passion for defending peoples’ rights throughout the entire legal process, from an initial filing to settlement or trial.
